Human Rights Essay

Essay Structure
Introduction
What are the most important human rights? The human rights that if they didn’t exist would create a neurotic world. A world so run down our social community would crumble, until all that is left is war. Right to equality, freedom from torture and degrading treatment and the right to an education, are essential human rights enforced by the law. If these human rights were not imposed, what would the outcomes of this world be?

Body 1
Egalitarianism, a right that we all acquire, a right that holds us together as a community. Egalitarianism is the belief that all people are equal and deserve the same opportunities in life. This is, I believe, one of the most important human rights we obtain. This is because without a right like this, violence would be an action that isn’t frowned upon by social groups all around the world. Equality binds with the rights of discrimination, slavery and many others which have created movement in history. For example, in 1991, four white police officers beat a defenseless black man that goes by the name of Rodney King, but when the accused officers were tried a year later, the jury acquitted them. This is an act that the right of equality prevents from happening everyday.  Beating someone defenseless without mercy and without much reason is in a way an act of torture.

Body 2
Freedom from torture and degrading treatment, a right which should have been imposed from the earth’s beginning. From this right, comes others essential rights to ensure the safety of all human beings. A disgusting example of torture and degrading treatment is FGM, a problem women have faced for many years. FGM is female genital mutilations, this is a procedure in which there is total removal of the female genitalia, or mutilation of the female reproductive genitalia for non surgical reasons. People need to understand some problems which we face in this world, this is why education is fundamental.
`
Body 3
Education is a right which is fundamental to the life and future of humans. A rudimentary right which comes with each individual. It gives humans a sense of individual freedom and empowerment, yet millions of kids and even adults are deprived of a beneficial education, this is one of the many upsetting results of poverty. Education provides pathways for each individual to go down, this will determine whether they are successful or not. Not focusing in school can result in attaining a job which can actually have effects on happiness and mental health. Not focusing in school has a serious impact on your future, this is why the right to education is important. It binds with the right of equality, to give everyone the chance of a happy, wealthy future.

Conclusion
In conclusion, each right imposed by the law serves a purpose to the human race. I believe that the three most important rights are the right to equality, also known as egalitarianism, freedom from torture and degrading treatment and the right to education. Without rights life for humans would be unstable and unsustainable, so the rights which we all obtain make life easier, but that doesn’t mean life for all of us will be a breeze. There are still societal problems everybody is faced with, I guess it is up to us as to whether we act upon this or not.
